Refrigeration is required to maintain freshness of How to Bloom products.

Please remove the beverage from the glass jar before exposing it to heat. We advise warming it up in a saucepan on the stove for 10-15 minutes on medium heat while stirring or in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. If the glass jar is cold do not put any hot beverage back into the jar. This jar is not for hot temperatures.

The Body Analysis Test is to give you an explanation of what your body is depleted/excess of. This test breaks into categories on different areas of the body with recurring questions depending on the section. This test will take an hour to complete. You will receive a graph and if requested explanation of your results.

When your order is shipped, How to Bloom Inc. will email you a tracking link where you will have access to the shipping schedule. In the case you missed your delivery, your package will be reattempted for delivery the following day.

How to Bloom will pick up your bottles from your door once you have collected 24 bottles. We ask to have the bottles in the same packaging you received with bubble wrap to avoid any damage. Please inspect the bottles for any chips or cracks (especially along the bottle rim) as these cannot be returned for credit.

Before returning your bottles please ensure: The bottles are thoroughly rinsed and dried The bottles are inspected for cracks or chips (especially in the rim) I have filled out the form on the Bottle Return page and included a picture of all the bottles before packaging The bottles have been packed with bubble wrap to avoid damage A new label from How to Bloom has been printed and attached outside the package for pickup
